With over 25 years of experience in Human Resources and developing strong teams, Pomi Assefa founded Rightempo to help growing businesses strengthen their people operations, business relationships, and organizational foundations so they can grow more intentionally and sustainably. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management. Additionally, she has earned multiple leadership development certifications, giving her both strategic insight and practical expertise.
Her career spans strategic and leadership roles across diverse industries and global environments, providing firsthand insight into what successful businesses look like behind the scenes. Today, she partners with growing businesses to build strong foundations and practical people strategies that truly fit their team and stage of growth.
