Meet the Founder
With more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources and People Operations, Pomi Assefa founded RighTempo HR Solutions to help growing businesses build the people foundation they need for sustainable growth. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, is a Certified Coach, and has earned multiple leadership and professional development certifications. Throughout her career, she has supported startups, growing businesses, nonprofits, and global companies across a wide range of industries and has coached business owners, executives, managers, and emerging leaders.
Pomi recognized a common challenge among growing businesses: many had never built the right people foundation, while others had outgrown what once worked. She saw an opportunity to make the people side of growth easier to understand and more approachable for business owners who may have limited HR experience or resources.
